The apartment in Rome, located in Via Carlo Pascal n. 5, is a one bedroom
apartment with a living room, kitchen, bathroom, walk-in closet, and roof
garden with barbecue, umbrella and chairs. The apartment is designed around

| On one side the kitchen and the dining-living room, both with french
doors opening to the garden; on the other side the bedroom with a whole
side in glass, again with door and windows opening to the garden.The apartment
is completely furnished, including linens, towels, tablecloths and kitchen
towels. The kitchen is furnished for a good cook and one of the most beautiful
open food markets in Roma is near by. |

The bed is a king-sized bed and in the living room there is a double
bed sofa to accommodate guests. The appliances include stove, refrigerator,
washing machine, and radio. Hot water and heating system are independent
from the rest of the building and adjustable to personal needs. |
| The building was built in the 50's, and it is located at 10 minutes,
walking distance from the Vatican Museums. The apartment is the only one
on the top of the building, at the seventh floor with an elevator to the
sixth floor. It is important to say that it is extremely quiet, safe,
and private. Public transportation is just around the corner from the
building and comfortably connects you with all parts of the city. |
